My favourite place to visit near polish sea. Great location, customer service is nice, once we had dirty walls in room, so they changed place for us to better room. Gonna be back there soon- no doubt
We got sold a high end resort with a private white sandy beach! Paying over 1100zl per night we where very disappointed when we checked in, the apartment was average at best, the bedroom was tiny, bed was small and uncomfortable, sofa bed for our son was very uncomfortable and old, a lot of corners have been cut to make the most money, not to suite the guests or deliver a premiums stay. The spa was very disappointing to, only two saunas, no steam room or cold bath / shower, again being sold premium, got below average. As for the private beach… it is not maintained, very narrow and full of rocks, it is also beside a giant concrete border that totally destroyed the view. Overall the amenities are great, pools are great for kids, playground is also well equipped. Restaurant food is superior to anything around, you will not be disappointed.
I just wish they would sell what you get, a nice resort, close to a main road (quite noisy) with small rooms that are well designed it not functional. Everything looks good on picture but do not represent the reality.
Nice location, average food, but the reception is rude, For the price I paid I recommend Sardinia.
Really nice place to stay. Some issues on locating the place at night time because there is no lighting to show the main entrance do to contractors.
Staff are friendly and helpful. In the Restaurant it's a bit slow in clearing and putting out fresh cutlery otherwise fine.
Good for young families
Would come back again.
My two issues is paying for parking and no coffee with evening meals.
We had a very nice stay! The food in the main restaurant was especially delicious as well as varied and the staff everywhere is truly accommodating! It was our second visit and hopefully not the last!
The venue offers a variety of attractions for children and the animators gave the kids a great time, every day is headlined with a new motto.
The best place at Baltic Sea.
Amazing food and restaurant, superb staff, clean and modern houses. Really enjoyed last staying at this resort. …
We stayed at Rosevia for a few nights to enjoy the last summer days... The stay was overly expensive for what we encountered when we got there... We paid over 3500 for 3 nights for 2 adults, 1 child and one infant. The baby slept with us as otherwise we would have to pay additionally for a crib, which there would be no space for anyway as the bedroom was so tiny that I could literally touch the side wall with my hands when lying in bed.. The flat looked great in pictures but left us disappointed when we entered. The furniture and carpet had visible dust on them. The fridge stank, the floor was dirty. We flagged it up with the manager and he sent a cleaning crew and invited us for lunch while they were cleaning up the apartment which was nice. The staff at the restaurant were very service oriented, the food really good especially the breakfast buffet with amazing choices for children. When we came back to our apartment it was in a much better state, smelt clean however the floor stayed wet until the evening as the apartment was dump and humid in general. The foldable sofa for our son was cumbersome to unfold and was very uncomfortable with plenty of metal pieces and mechanisms. The playground facilities and outdoor pools were great! The pools outside however aren't available after 7pm and there's no indoor swimming pool in the spa building so when the weather isn't conducive to being outdoors there's little to do. Also the opening hours of the facilities are odd - the restaurant closes at 8pm or 8:30pm which had us rushing back from the beach to have dinner. The beach was described as wide and sandy on Rosevia's website. What it is in reality is small, with rocks and there's a cliff with a concrete wall to the left which destroys the view. Not being able to play on the shore because of the rocks, algea and jellyfish, we drove only a few kms further on our 3 day after checking out and found kms and kms of wide sandy open beach so if you're not into rocks and rough beaches make sure to check out the surrounding area.. The resort is next to a busy street so when in the apartment you can hear the cars passing. There's also an additional fee for parking. We chose Rosevia as their website convinced us it is a perfect place for families: quiet, in nature, intimate, luxurious which we discovered it is not.
We stayed at Rosevia Rosert last month for 3 nights and we are extremely disappointed with our trip. …
